The phone which was announced by the Blackberry's Chief Executive John Chen back at MWC alongside the Blackberry passport was launched in December 2014.
Some of the outstanding specification of the Blackberry Q20 includes but not limited to a 3.46-inch display with a resolution of 720 X 720 pixes; a 1.5GHZ dual core snapdragon S4 plus CPU; 2GB of RAM; 16GB of in built storage; expandable storage via micro SD card of up to 128GB compared to the 32GB of the Blackberry Q5, an 8-mega pixel rear camera; a 2-mega pixel front facing camera, and a 1515mAh battery.

Other notable features of the phone include
1. Its curved edge,
2. Keypads
3. Back panel
4. Screen and more.
The Blackberry classic AKA BB Q20 has a lock button to avoid sending message while phone is in the pocket, two volume buttons on the right side bezel, while featuring ports for the SIM card and micro SD card on the left side just like the Blackberry Q5. It also has two speakers at the bottom and a charging port placed in the middle.
The phone is currently sold for $449.99 but can be bought for just N105,000 offer last while stock last with very few of it currently in the country.
The Blackberry Q20 aims to make up for all the flaws of the Blackberry Bold 9900 which was released in 2011.
One of the problem of the Bold 9900 was its ability to hang in the middle of operation and this made many people to dump blackberry and go for other Android and ios phones .
This phone is specifically targeted for folks who cannot do without the keypad in this generation of touch screen phones and Blackberry did not fail in this regard . The layout of the Q20 keypad will be really familiar to anyone who has used a Blackberry in the last three or four years and it is nearly identical to the one that is on the Blackberry Q10.

The magic doesn't end there, it also include four more utility keys which sits just below the screen - call, menu, Back and End- which do exactly what they say. An optical touch pad sits in the middle and serves as a cursor that lets you move around websites or document, and makes it really easy to select reams of text or batches of emails to tweak.
Another beautiful feature of this Classic is its short cut keys.
Holding down "A" for instance brings up the Address book, while holding down "Q" will switch its sound control to the silent mode and you can also press any key on the keypad and assign your own shortcuts to a particular contact or apps.
The Blackberry Q20 runs on a Blackberry 10.3.1 and the experience is pretty identical to that of the Blackberry Passport. it also support Android apps
The Phone was design mainly for working around text and browsing the web and it tackles them with aplomb.
Call quality is great , the phone's speaker are suitably loud, and calls sound nice and clear. The audio quality is bit too thin and tinny to be suitable for things like music so just stick with your headphone if you are the type that enjoy listening to music.
Blackberry have been known for its poor battery, but the Blackberry Q20 is rated 17 hours of talk time and just over 13 hours of video play back.
THE GOOD: The Blackberry Q20 AKA Classic couples a comfortable, accurate keypad with a attractive design that sure pleases Blackberry fans.
THE NOT TOO GOOD: The spacious four row keypad results in a smaller cramped screen unlike the Samsung S4s
CONCLUSION If you really don't care about screen size and want to enjoy your keypad while still enjoy the beauty of a nice and quality phone then the Blackberry Q20 is for you.
